a relative has installed a 2.5mm armoured cable to feed shed with 1- 13amp socket 1- light
he has installed a 2 way garage unit with an RCD fitted and fed from a spare way on the main consumer unit in the house. as soon as the shed isolator is switched on the RCD in the shed trips
The House consumer unit also has an RCD installed. does the shed fuse box need to have RCD as cable is protected by rcd in main house consumer unit ?
