Worchester 30I Pressure keeps creeping up

Hi guys, the boiler in my new house is making me rip my hair out after many repairs there's still somthing always wrong with it.

So my worchester 30i preassure gage keeps creeping up to around 3.0-3.5 I then bleed the radiator to reduce it back to 1.5. After a couple of hours it raises again to 3.5.

Any ideas what this can be?
