What type of paint is this and how to repair it?
What type of paint is this and how to repair it?
The previous house owner hired somebody to paint this about 7 or so years ago but now the paint is peeling off in areas where there were pre existing cracks. Since the weather's gotten more cold and rainy I've noticed a cold spot and dampness on the interior side of the wall right around and below the same area where the crack is on the outside. How should i go about temporarily fixing this. The paint feels quite thick and rubber like with blobs of it here and there on the wall. The only...
