Define “fail”

I mean… if it works.. is it really a fail?
If it’s unfinished… even after 5 years or so… is it a fail?

Are we talking knocking through a wall and bringing half a house down?

haha I think the first one isn't a fail but the second one is according to my wife!

I've seen some shocking stuff over the years working in domestic all the time you get the quirky temporary fixes but you guys must have seen even more than I have.
