Hi

We had a Monarch Midi HE water softener installed a few weeks ago. It worked perfectly for quite a while, but of late we have noticed that our water is becoming harder again. I stayed up one night to see if the automatic regeneration, which is supposed to take place at 2am, occurred - but it didn't.

The chamber is full of salt, so that is not the issue.

Also, if I do a manual regen, it works and the water becomes soft - but for some reason the automatic regeneration is not taking...
