Very bad damp in corners of flat roof extension.
Hi all. Looking to buy a semi detached bungalow. We know this one is a real fixer upper but am concerned by the major damp build-up in the corners of the flat roof extension. It looks like the flat roof will have to be replaced but as we are going to move forward on a full loft conversion straight away this should be quite a trivial extra cost?
We are going to get a survey done but the Estate Agents are being pains about other issues so wondering if it is even worth the cost of getting the...
