Away to be building a porch, going to have a UPVC door & side panel screen but want a hopper window in the side panel.

Whats the minimum width required for having an opening hopper in it?

Rough plan is to have about a 1400 opening (roughly 1m for door + frame and 400 for the side panel) these sizes can move about a bit.
