loft ladder - arms replacement

Hi there,

We don't know the make/model of our loft ladder - could anyone please identify it from the photos?

It's at least 13 years old.

The arms need replacing - ideally from the correct make/model but another question i have is could we replace the arms with those from a different make/model if we can't identify ours?
