Hi all I'm new to this site and after some advice. Came home to a leak from cold water tank in the loft. Was leaking from the hole at the top for the overflow pipe. I have fitted a new float which has lowered the level by an inch which has solved the leak. I've also extended the pipe for the pipe to take water to the hot water cylinder. Everything seemed ok but now not getting enough hot water to fill a bath. It's hot for a while but then goes cold. Any advice would be appreciated
