The problem I would like to pick your brains over is the toilet, at some point my son will be getting a new bathroom, but this will not be until next year. So its a case of making the most of whats there. For what it costs, would have been simpler to replace the toilet had it not been for the cast iron connecting pipe. The inlet pipe to the toilet had a metal bracket rusted through and a rubber ring, making the toilet leak, it still flushed around the bowl ok, but unbeknown to us had been...
