Advice needed on bathroom shower hose leak

Hey DIY forum!

I am new here and need some advice on how to fix a leaking shower hose as shown in the attached picture and in the video available here: WhatsApp Video 2024-09-20 at 22.34.38 (1).mp4 - <this links externally>

Can it be repaired or is it more a case of replacing the shower hose?

Any advice would be very welcome.

I really appreciate any help you guys can provide.
