Advice for fixing upvc leak

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could advise how to stop the issue I have.

A nightmare company (with 100s of great reviews online) fitted UPVC French doors. On one side a small damp patch appears through the plastered wall during heavy rain.

The exterior seems to be perfectly sealed. What could be causing this?

I appreciate there has to be a gap between the frame and the cill for drainage but should there be full sealant under the cill against the bricks? Really not sure where the...
