Hi,

I wonder if I could ask for some advice about next steps here. I've just had a new roof fitted, we think chimney flashing was the issue with water ingress.

The walls are stone and red brick, where the water stain appeared is the main 8 pot chimney stack on an exposed wall.

I know it'll take a while to dry out, I've a dehumidifer running and the room's kept warm.

I'd also like to insulate this wall potentially if I have to hack off the (probably lime) plaster and take it back to...
