Sirrus mixer shower, water still running when shut off

Sirrus mixer shower, water still running when shut off

I turn the shower off and water still coming out the shower head. I took the front peice off and when I tighten the screw it does stop but lossens when I use shower again, so got to keep tightening the screw.

Why is it doing this please?
