Sealing wooden tables in a pub.
The manager of my local pub wants to "refresh" the tops of some of the tables, however, he wants those tables to be usable from 11am the next day. I did say that I could spray them with worktop grade 2K but that they would stink for days. I also pointed out that having to clean the gun out every day would be time consuming.
I advised against waterbased varnishes because of the blushing if someone doesn't use a beer mat.
I see that Osmo sell a hardener for Polyx-oil. That becomes touch dry...
