So, when we moved into the house back in 1998, not too long after we got new windows and doors - I think.. the front door was hollow, every time it rained the water left the door due to the same technique a toilet works. To get a new door, the house people would come out an fix it, but they never came when it rained as they don’t like working in wet weather.. so for years we have had this problem but they came out, forecast no rain, but we did get a quick heavy downpour, they then approved...
